Return & Refund Policy
This policy applies to all products that have been purchased through the NEON eCommerce Packaging website.
NEON eCommerce Packaging strictly adheres to the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 and provides exchanges and returns as required by this Act.
To ensure that you order the correct product to suit your needs we offer a sample service, whereby you can purchase a sample of any of our products to ensure that it is right for you prior to purchasing a large quantity. Simply contact us to arrange a sample if required.
In accordance with Australian consumer law, NEON eCommerce Packaging does not accept exchanges or refunds in the following situations:
- Change of mind
- Ordered the wrong item
- Found cheaper alternatives elsewhere
- Damage due to misuse of the item
- Delayed delivery by courier partners
If an order is cancelled prior to dispatch, a 20% administration and processing fee is applicable and NEON eCommerce Packaging store credit will be issued.
No refund can be issued for custom printed or custom manufactured orders as these items are produced to order.
