Shipping policy


Here at NEON, we prioritise getting your order out on time. All orders are shipped from our Ingleburn warehouse in 1-3 business days. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Orders can be picked up daily, from 8:30am to 4pm. An email and an SMS will be sent to you when your order is ready for pickup. Any Click & Collect orders placed after 3pm will be available for pick up the following business day. If you cannot collect your items by 4pm, please pick them up at your earliest convenience on the following business day.


  • Any orders that require customisation are not available for Click & Collect.
  • If your order contains both in-stock items and custom branded items, they will be shipped in the same package as the custom order. If you require your in-stock items before your custom items, please place a separate order, or send an email to with your order number to arrange a split shipment.


NEON eCommerce Packaging ships to most locations within Australia. If the local delivery option does not show up during checkout, your order is not eligible for local delivery. 


To see the estimated cost of shipping to your location, please view your cart and enter your details in the ‘Estimate Shipping’ section of the page. These rates are based on the size and weight of your order. Please note that all boxes are shipped flat-packed, and large bulk orders are shipped out on pallets.

These rates are indicative only and may change at checkout.

Please note that due to high demand and driver shortages, many couriers have applied a Residential Delivery Surcharge for bulky goods. This surcharge applies to heavy items over 25kg and packages over 1m and impacts a large range of NEON eCommerce Packaging goods.

We recommend getting large packages and shipments sent to a commercial address to avoid this surcharge. Commercial addresses include business parks, shopping centres, office buildings, shops, and any location otherwise zoned for business purposes.

Businesses operating from a residential address in a work from home capacity are not zoned as businesses and may still incur the residential delivery surcharge.

These charges are implemented by the courier service. NEON has provided courier options so you can choose the carrier that works best for you.


If you have a preferred courier that is not available in our shipping options, we are happy to work with them. To arrange a pickup with your preferred carrier, please contact us prior to placing your order. An electronic consignment note from your preferred carrier is required for our team to dispatch your order.


Our website does not currently support international shipping. If you need your order to be shipped overseas, we are able to arrange this with you on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us if you require international shipping 


By placing an order on our website, you give our delivery partners authority to leave your order in a safe place on your property if the address is unattended. If you have specific delivery requirements or instructions, please leave a note on your order or contact us with your order number and we can help you.


What delivery address should I use?

A business address is ideal as this will avoid the residential delivery surcharge.

Do you ship to PO boxes?

No, our delivery partners are unable to deliver to PO boxes.

How long will it take to ship my order?
Your order will be shipped within 1-4 business days. Please note this time may vary during peak periods.

Once dispatched, how long will it take for my order to arrive?

Once your order has been dispatched, see below for standard delivery timeframes.

Sydney Metro 1 - 3 business days
NSW (outside of Sydney Metro) 2 - 3  business days
ACT & VIC    2 - 3 business days
SA 4 - 6 business days
WA 6 - 10 business days
QLD 2 - 3 business days


Please note that these times may vary in the case of extreme weather, traffic delays, or peak periods.

Can I get priority delivery if my order is urgent?

If your order is urgent, please leave a note in the comment box when checking out or contact us with your order number and we can assist you.

I entered my shipping address incorrectly on my order. Can it be updated?

If your order has not yet been shipped, the NEON team can update the address on your order. Simply contact us with your order number and we will update the address for you.

Do you ship internationally?

If you require an order to be shipped internationally, please send us an email to with your order details and shipping information so we can provide a quote.

Orders placed outside of Australia may incur import duties in the recipient country. Any import duties and taxes required to clear customs in your country must be paid by you.
