Yes, 60gsm kraft paper provides good protection for shipping products in the mail and offers reliable protection for items up to 2kg when properly wrapped. For heavier items, consider double-wrapping or combining with other eco-friendly void-fill materials such as our hex wrap.

How many items can I wrap with 500 sheets?

This depends on the size of your item and the purpose of use. For maximum protection, medium-large items, such as glass or other breakable products, should use at least one sheet per item for maximum cushioning. For an exclusively decorative finish, less than one sheet may be used per item, especially smaller items such as jewellery or stationary. 

Is this kraft paper recyclable?

Absolutely. Our kraft paper is fully recyclable through Australian kerbside collection. It also composts naturally in home compost systems.

 

Can I print on this kraft paper?

Yes! If you would like to customise your kraft sheets yourself, the smooth kraft surface accepts most printing methods including:

  • Inkjet and laser printing (keep in mind kraft paper sheets are 45cm wide by 90cm long and is quite large)
  • Rubber stamps and ink pads
  • Screen printing for bulk customisation

Note: NEON does not offer custom printing on kraft paper sheets.

 

Can I use this wrapping paper in dispensers or with a shrink pack system?

Yes, the shrink-wrapped bulk pack makes it easy to store and access. While these are pre-cut sheets, we also offer kraft counter rolls for customers preferring continuous paper with compatible dispensers, contact us for more information.
