- Review Proof: Review and approve the digital proof that will be sent to your email within 2 days of purchase. Don't forget to check your spam folder!
- Delivery: Your product will be printed and shipped within 10 business days of proof approval. Contact us any time to request an update!

Are there any limitations to where I can print on these large mint green gift boxes?
Yes. There must be 40mm of clear space from each edge.
What is the lead time for custom-printed premium gift boxes?
The boxes are produced in 5-7 business days from artwork approval. After this, please allow 2-5 business days for delivery, or contact us to arrange pickup at our Ingleburn office.
What if I ordered another packaging at the same time as my custom-printed boxes?
These other items will be shipped simultaneously with your custom-printed boxes. If you need your other items sooner, please place a separate order or contact us for further assistance.
